That may be hard for you and your family members at first, but they need to know that it's not healthy for you or them. Load up the fridge with fruits, veggies and other healthy items. Nobody will have to live without a variety of snacking options. Having fruit as a snack is an excellent choice for people of all ages. Granola is a healthy snack that any age group can enjoy.
Be sure to tell your friends and family all about your choice to lose weight. Your family's support can be the inspiration you need to continue working on your weight loss goal. Get together with your friends for support if you feel like giving up.
